A Little Bit More About Our User Testing and Insight Process
Step one of all user testing programs is to install the Teknicks CRO Toolkit and implement technologies such as Crazy Egg and Qualaroo. Once we have these tools running in the background, we’ll wait to accumulate enough valuable data to analyze.
Based on the initial website data, we can determine what areas of the website need to be improved, and how. This is where our analytics and design teams collaborate to develop a custom testing program that will allow us to see the best possible results. Teknicks will then use tools like Optimizely and Google Optimize to compare page variations and naturally obtain a winner.
Teknicks recommends an ongoing testing plan. It’s not a one time project that once we get a result we can call it quits. Your website should be constantly trying to improve performance and optimize for the end user. Teknicks will continue to report, and will advise on what test we feel is best to move onto next.
