Teknicks is a leading growth marketing agency, specializing in driving growth for SaaS products. We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for driving business growth through innovative strategies and meticulous execution. As a vital member of our fully remote team, you will be responsible for understanding and achieving client goals through data-driven insights and creative marketing initiatives.
This is a part time position with the potential to become a full time position.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define their marketing goals and objectives.
- Utilize marketing research to inform strategy and task execution.
- Develop and implement scalable SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and structured data optimization.
- Create and optimize content through topic research, ideation, and development of content outlines and briefs.
- Manage client deliverables effectively, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
- Utilize data analytics to transform insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.
- Collaborate with the team while also having the ability to work independently, managing tasks and projects from start to finish.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an agency background.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in SEO and content creation, including local SEO, app store optimization, and video optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience with content development processes.
- Comfortable using the latest technology platforms, including AI tools.
- Experience with Technical SEO is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and continuous growth.
- A proactive approach to tasks, showcasing initiative and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
