Job Description:
As Paid Marketing Manager, you are responsible for being well-versed in clients’ business objectives and ensure that campaign goals and metrics are met using your successful paid marketing strategies.

You will strategize, set up, manage, optimize, and report on large ad spends for multiple clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Fully understanding client business goals and developing campaign strategy to reach these goals
  • Manage daily or monthly PPC spend to ensure each campaign meets the goals and does not exceed budget
  • Keyword research
  • Campaign set up
  • Campaign expansions
  • Keyword bidding
  • Develop text/image ads (we have a graphic designer to create any graphics for image ads)
  • Develop landing page(s) (again, we have a graphic designer for this, but will look for direction from you)
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Report on key performance indicators and present results effectively to clients
  • Identifying upsell opportunities
  • Research and stay on top of the latest tools and techniques in paid online marketing and form an opinion & stance on the relevance of these to client goals
  • Help to grow the department in the coming months/years resulting in switching focus from daily execution to team management & strategy

Role Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of paid marketing campaign management experience, including both strategy & execution on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram & LinkedIn (Twitter & additional networks a plus)
  • Google Ads certification
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills for writing ad copy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large ad spend across multiple clients
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability
  • Capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience operating under pressure to meet or exceed project deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
  • Deeply analytical and extremely proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
  • Impeccably high standards and work ethic
  • Solid foundation of direct marketing principles and ability to translate into marketing messages
  • Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the company’s and team’s goals.
